Customer Care Support(Non-Voice)-Bulk BPO Hiring Freshers are welcome 6 Months Contract Work Location: Seruseri (SIPCOT) Chennai Notice Period: Immediate Facilities: Food (one snack and a meal) and Common route transport(One side) are currently provided, subject to company and account policy & practice. Two shifts Apr-Oct (6.30 am -3.30 PM / 3.30 PM to 0.30 AM), Nov-Mar (7.30 to 4.30 PM / 4.30 PM to 1.30 AM) Salary: 10 K CTC + daily allowance of Rs. 200 per day worked in the morning shift and daily allowance of Rs. 250 per day worked in the afternoon shift. Candidate Knowledge/Skills/Behaviors Expected Graduate with fair English skills (primarily reading and comprehension), Basic MS Office skills , Analytical and typing skills (important) . Banking knowledge is desirable but not mandatory. Quality and productivity will be key performance indicators supported by displaying professionalism, initiative, and teamwork. Integrity is of prime importance especially as the process deals with finances. Work is strictly monitored at various levels. Candidate should be flexible to work in shifts and on either site. The work environment is friendly and professional, with respect for all. Prior experience is not mandatory. Fresher, or experienced but willing to work at a starting level. (0-2 yrs) Graduate (Preferably from Arts, Commerce, Science or Computer Science). ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Handling a range of Non-voice, Back office Financial Processing Work of a UK Government Bank. Staff do not have to talk to Regional Business Unit or Clients in the UK. They will interact with SMEs/TLs in Chennai. Staff will need to read and comprehend scanned documents of UK citizens, financial documents/letters from UK Attorneys, Courts, Legal certificates, Bank documents etc., and check online whitelisted sites for validation of customer identity and documents. Adhere to Compliance, INFOSEC, and audit requirements. Mobile phones are not allowed in the Ops area.
