Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive in the logistics industry, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to clients. This includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, representing the brand with professionalism and courtesy. Your key responsibilities will include responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, etc. You will be expected to provide accurate information about company products, services, pricing, and policies to customers. Additionally, you will assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and providing status updates. Handling complaints and concerns from customers in a calm and professional manner will be crucial. Your aim should be to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customers. For more complex or unresolved issues, you will need to escalate them to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system will be part of your routine tasks. You will also be required to coordinate with other departments like operations and logistics to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues. Following up with customers to ensure that their concerns have been satisfactorily addressed is also a key part of your role. Identifying opportunities for process improvements or enhancements to enhance the overall customer experience will be appreciated. It is important to stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information and assistance to customers. This is a full-time position with benefits that include health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift, and the work location is in person.
