Job Responsibilities
Handle daily order processing and coordination with courier partners.
Check and update stock/inventory as needed.
Manage packing/dispatch follow-ups with the warehouse team.
Maintain basic records and data entry (Excel/Google Sheets).
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and messages regarding orders.
Assist with returns, exchanges, and delivery-related issues.
Support basic office operations and day-to-day tasks.
