Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Assist with product/service-related information and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer concerns with patience and understanding.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve service offerings.
• Contribute to knowledge base documentation for internal use.

• Previous experience in customer service or related fields.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
