Role & responsibilities

  • Patient Interaction & Support:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously.
  • Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures.
  • Guide patients through registration, billing, discharge, and other processes.
  • Complaint Handling:

  • Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Coordination & Communication:

  • Liaise with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure patient needs are met.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with patients regarding appointments, delays, or changes.
  • Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain records of patient interactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Prepare daily reports on patient service metrics and submit to management.
  • Service Excellence:

  • Promote a culture of empathy, respect, and service excellence.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills.
