Role & responsibilities Patient Interaction & Support: Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously. Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures. Guide patients through registration, billing, discharge, and other processes. Complaint Handling: Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. Coordination & Communication: Liaise with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure patient needs are met. Maintain clear and timely communication with patients regarding appointments, delays, or changes. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of patient interactions, feedback, and complaints. Prepare daily reports on patient service metrics and submit to management. Service Excellence: Promote a culture of empathy, respect, and service excellence.
