Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently, addressing product-related queries, concerns, and complaints.Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem, offering appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.Maintain a record of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the system.Ensure that customer feedback is escalated to the relevant departments for further action, if necessary.Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, ensuring that each customer feels valued and heard.Stay updated on product information, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate responses.Qualifications:Any Bachelor's degree (Any discipline).Basic proficiency in English (both verbal and written).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.Prior experience in customer service or tele calling is a plus but not mandatory.Skills and Competencies:Customer-focused with a keen interest in helping others.Patience and problem-solving ability when handling complaints.
