Job Description

We're seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our Wakefit team! As an inbound voice process expert, you'll handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone calls, providing timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming customer calls professionally and courteously

- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently

- Provide accurate product/service information

- Document customer interactions accurately

- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in customer service (inbound voice process)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Language:

  • Hindi (Preferred)
  • English (Required)
