As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive prompt and effective assistance with their inquiries and concerns.

· Understand customer need and handle their queries

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills in Malayalam and English,
  • Telugu/kanada will be an advantage
  • Should maintain good customer relations
  • Immediate Joining
  • Freshers preferred

Qualification : Minimum +2

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
