Customer care executive

As a Guest Relations Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to all guests visiting our restaurant. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their dining experience. Your duties will include warmly greeting guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with seating arrangements, and ensuring guests are comfortable. In addition, you will offer information about the restaurant's menu, specials, and promotions, as well as provide recommendations and answer any questions guests may have. Handling guest complaints and issues professionally and efficiently will be a crucial part of your role. You will take ownership of guest concerns, collaborate with other team members to address issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate manager when necessary. To maintain high levels of guest satisfaction, you will proactively engage with guests to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met. You will also be responsible for collecting guest feedback through surveys, comment cards, or informal conversations, and reporting this information to relevant departments for continuous improvement. General responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized reception area, monitoring guest flow to ensure efficient table turnover, assisting with event planning, and promoting the restaurant's services and special offers. You will also be expected to have a thorough knowledge of restaurant policies and procedures to provide accurate information to guests. Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages is preferred for this role. The work location will be in person at the restaurant.
