Job Summary:

Watch Your Health is looking for a motivated Customer care executive to join our team for Patient Support Program. The role involves reaching out to patients, collecting required data and providing free samples of medicines after verifying the documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to patients from the provided database.
• Educate them about the Patient Support Program
• Build rapport with patients and address any queries.
• Maintain call records and follow up as needed.
• Achieve the given patient enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field.
• Fluency in Marathi & Hindi and English is a must. South Indian language will be an additional quality.
• Experience in tele calling /customer service preferred, but freshers are welcome.
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working from the Thane office.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
