Job Summary:

Watch Your Health is looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team for the appointment generation process. The role involves reaching out to ex-patients of a renowned hospital and persuading them to revisit for their healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to ex-patients from the provided database.
• Educate them about the hospital’s services and encourage revisits.
• Build rapport with patients and address any queries.
• Maintain call records and follow up as needed.
• Achieve daily/weekly appointment targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field.
• Fluency in Marathi & Hindi is a must.
• Experience in tele calling /customer service preferred, but freshers are welcome.
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working from the Thane office.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
