In this role, you will interact with customers via voice calls as well as handle non-voice communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Voice Process Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Non-Voice Process Manage communication through email, chat, and other digital platforms. Address customer concerns, process requests, and provide follow-up support. Document and escalate issues to relevant departments when required. General Duties Meet performance metrics such as response time, call quality, and customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service quality. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Key Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
