We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to manage client interactions for our tour, travel, and taxi services. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, bookings, complaints, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience from inquiry to trip completion. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries Assist customers with taxi bookings, tour packages, pricing, and schedules Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction Coordinate with drivers, tour operators, and internal teams for service delivery Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly Maintain accurate customer and booking records in the system Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat business Support sales team in upselling tour packages and additional services.
