Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Build Relationships:

    Create positive interactions to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales (if applicable):

    Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling, achieving any set targets.
  • Adhere to Protocols:

    Follow BPO standards, policies, and regulatory requirements for quality and compliance.
  • Collect Feedback:

    Gather customer feedback for continuous service improvement.
  • Continuous Learning:

    Participate in training to stay updated on products, policies, and best practices.
