Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls/chats/emails from customers
  • Understand customer queries and provide effective solutions
  • Record and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain customer data and service records
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department

Key Skills Required

· Excellent communication skills (Hindi and/or English)

· Good listening and problem-solving skills

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)

· Patience and professionalism

· Ability to work in a team and under pressure

Qualifications

· Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (as per requirement)

· Prior experience in customer service is a plus (Freshers can also apply)

Salary

· ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
