Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive based in Nashik. The role involves delivering excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include efficiently managing customer interactions, maintaining records, and communicating effectively to enhance customer experience. The role may also require collaboration with internal teams to improve customer processes and contribute to sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide exceptional assistance and build strong relationships
• Excellent Communication skills to ensure clear, professional, and effective interaction with customers and team members
• Experience in Sales and ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Handling Inbound and Outbound calls
• Handling non-calling activities like Email, WhatsApp
