Job Description

Job Summary:


The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing effective and timely support to customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.


Key Responsibilities:


Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.


Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently and accurately.


Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.


Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.


Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved.


Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.


Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.


Suggest solutions to improve customer service and experience.


Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas.


Stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


Minimum qualification: Graduate

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good listening skills and patience.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).

Proficiency in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, Malayalam,Kannada].
