Job Description

  • Customer interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer communications promptly and professionally.
  • Query and complaint resolution: Answer customer questions and resolve issues and complaints with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Product knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Record-keeping and reporting: Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Use this data to help inform management and improve service processes.
  • Customer feedback: Gather customer feedback through surveys and other channels to identify pain points and suggest improvements to the customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
