Job Summary

As a Customer Care Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for hotel and property managers using our platform. You’ll handle support calls and emails, resolve booking and system-related queries, and guide users on how to effectively use our software. Your role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth platform usage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer support calls and respond to support emails professionally.
  • Assist clients with booking-related queries, property setup, and system features.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
  • Log, track, and update issues accurately in the support system.
  • Coordinate with technical and onboarding teams to resolve or escalate complex issues.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Friendly, confident, and professional phone manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support, SaaS, tech, or hospitality (preferred).
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and explain technical features in simple terms.
