Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls for:
  • Cold calling to prospective clients to Feedback calls to existing members for service quality checks. Renewal reminders and follow-ups for memberships.
  • Provide accurate information about club services, facilities, memberships, programs, and events.
  • Register new client inquiries and support them through the onboarding process.
  • Manage member complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain updated records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (fitness trainers, operations, events team) for smooth resolution of client issues.
  • Follow up with members for renewals, payments, and pending documentation.
  • Assist in membership drives, promotional campaigns, and client engagement activities.
  • Ensure a pleasant, professional, and supportive atmosphere in all client interactions.
  • Generate and share daily/weekly reports on customer queries, complaints, and resolutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
