Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone.
  • Maintain excellent communication and relationship management with customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, track orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist customers with product information, complaints, returns, and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 1-3 years in customer service/client servicing (FMCG, BPO, or related sectors).
  • Freshers are welcome with strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
  • Gender Preference: Female candidates only.
  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism.
