Detailed Job Description Position: Customer Service Executive (Remote) Industry: Apparel / Fashion (T-shirt Brand) Location: Remote (Supporting Kolkata-based operations) Employment Type: Full-Time 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat, and social media. Provide accurate information about products, sizing, fabric, delivery timelines, returns, and policies. Manage order confirmation, order tracking, return requests, and complaint resolution. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, production) for issue resolution. Ensure timely and empathetic communication to enhance customer satisfaction. ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Graduate with good communication skills. 0-6 months of experience in customer service (E-commerce preferred, freshers with good communication can apply). Excellent written and verbal communication . Familiarity with Excel, WhatsApp Business. Ability to handle customer objections and complaints with patience and professionalism. Basic knowledge of t-shirt fabrics, sizes, and fit (training will be provided). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ⏰ Work Schedule: Full-time: 9 hours/day including 1-hour break (10 AM - 7 PM preferred) 6 days/week (Sunday off or rotational off) Remote candidate should own a PC or laptop and Smart Phone.
