Interview Details: Interview Dates: Monday to Saturday Interview Time: 9:15 AM to 6:15 PM Venue: Maruti Suzuki India Private Limited (Kalyani Motors) #23/1, 24/1, Mysore Road, Nayandahalli, Bangalore – 560036 ( Opposite Bangalore University, Kenchenhalli, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore ) Roles & Responsibilities: Manage multiple customer service portals and update call flow accordingly. Handle customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Provide exceptional support to customers and ensure high-quality service. Effectively communicate and assist customers to resolve their concerns. Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care, telecalling, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Any Graduation with at least 1 year of experience in customer support, telecommunications, or similar roles.
