Work Hours: 9 hours per day
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Advisor to join our dynamic team in Pune. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries related to products and services. Youll play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and turning challenging moments into positive ones.
Skills and Competencies Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Active listening skills attentive and patient without interrupting
Strong objection handling and persuasion skills
Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently
Achievement-oriented and self-motivated
Strong interpersonal skills – builds rapport with customers and team members
Prior experience in customer service or the insurance industry is preferred
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 18 months of experience in a customer support role
Graduate in any discipline
