• Handle customer inquiries and provide support through phone, email, and chat.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism while dealing with clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer interaction records accurately.
• Achieve individual productivity and quality performance goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Female candidates are required.
• Experience 0-2 years.
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (both verbal and written).
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle clients in a courteous and professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
