Job Overview:We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is proactive, customer-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will handle client interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth post-sales experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and courteously. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions. Provide clear information and guidance about company services and travel packages. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, etc.) to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Candidate Requirements:Prior experience in customer support or client servicing is a plus , freshers are also eligible to apply if you have good communication skills in both Hindi and English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Hindi And English. Proficient in MS Office. Strong problem-solving ability and a calm approach under pressure. Graduate in any discipline.
