Job Title: Customer Care Executive-Insurance

Location: Vadodara
Experience Required: 2–4 years (from the Insurance domain)
Salary: ₹2.2 LPA – ₹3 LPA

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Insurance team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales coordination and administrative support within the insurance or financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process new insurance Quotations, renewals, customer services, and policy changes.

· Review and enter data into systems accurately and quickly.

· Support claims processing by collecting and verifying documents.

· Communicate with internal teams (like sales, underwriting, and customer service) to resolve issues.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

· Help improve internal workflows and suggest ideas for more efficient processes.

· Generate reports and summaries as needed.

  • Conduct fact finding to generate and follow up on insurance quotations and endorsements.
  • Deliver excellent service to all customers.
  • Handle customers' queries and feedback.
  • Process insurance applications, renewal, cancellation and payment.
  • Provide various premium collection reports for commission payout purpose.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience in insurance (life, health, property, or general) or a similar back-office operations role is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail – accuracy matters a lot in this job.

· Good communication skills – you’ll work with different teams.

· Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic software tools (Excel, Word, CRM or insurance platforms).

· Able to multi-task and manage time well under deadlines.

· A problem-solver who takes initiative and works independently when needed.

Nice to Have:

· Knowledge of insurance terms, products, and processes

· Familiarity with regulatory requirements in insurance

· Prior experience in a General Insurance/ Life insurance/ Health Insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
