The Role: Customer Care Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist in Gurgaon. This role is essential in providing first-class support and service to our clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Inquiries:

    Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Issue Resolution:

    Diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Documentation:

    Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Maintain a deep understanding of IGT's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction:

    Strive to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience:

    1 to 3 years of proven experience in a customer service, customer care, or technical support role, preferably in a BPO or corporate environment.
  • Communication:

    Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Customer Focus:

    A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a professional, empathetic phone manner.
  • Technical Aptitude:

    Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting processes will be an advantage.
  • Software Proficiency:

    Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Work Ethic:

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and quality.
