Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Inbound Voice Process Executive to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming customer calls, resolve queries, and provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Understand and resolve customer queries or issues. Provide information about products/services, billing, or order status. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments. Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems. Meet or exceed daily performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction. Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass / Graduate. Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional languages]. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekends, if required). Preferred Skills:Prior experience in a call center or customer support role (not mandatory). Knowledge of CRM software is a plus. Multi-language proficiency is an added advantage.
