Job Description: Customer Support Executive
Location: Turbhe Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹20,000 (Based on Communication & Experience)

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a growing inbound and outbound process. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills and a passion for helping customers. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, and complaints effectively.
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update necessary information in the system.
• Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company policies.
• Meet daily call targets and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments when required.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
