Roles & Responsibilities:- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls regarding complaints/queries. Provide accurate information about products/services. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests promptly. Document interactions and update CRM systems. Follow communication scripts, policies, and standard procedures. Escalate complex issues to senior support/technical teams. Achieve performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR, quality scores). Maintain professionalism, empathy, and customer-centric behavior. Upsell or cross-sell products/services when required. Ensure compliance with company guidelines and data security standards.
