Job Title: Customer Service Executive Location: The Everyday Bowl – Andheri East Shift Timing: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Salary: ₹25,000/month Role Overview: We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer communication and support while also assisting with order packing during peak hours. This is an on-site role with an early morning shift (7 AM to 4 PM) Key Responsibilities: Manage customer queries and complaints via phone, WhatsApp, or other channels Ensure accurate and timely order updates to customers Assist with packing and checking meal orders before dispatch Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams to resolve issues quickly Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback Requirements: Prior experience in customer service preferred Good communication skills (English & Hindi) Good computer skills Reliable and punctual for early morning shifts
