Role Description

We are seeking a Call Center Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The Call Center Executive will handle daily inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve inquiries, manage customer records, and provide exceptional service to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. The role also involves promoting company products, assisting with sales processes, and efficiently coordinating with contact center operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to address queries and ensure satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Experience in Contact Centers, including familiarity with call center tools and processes
• Sales skills, including the ability to promote products and assist in closing deals
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications
• Any Gradate or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
