Job Title: Email Support Executive – BPO Job Location: Jaipur Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email Support Executive to handle customer queries, requests, and concerns via email. The role requires excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries received through email. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Handle complaints and resolve issues within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time). Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly. Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department. Ensure adherence to quality, productivity, and compliance standards. Deliver a positive customer experience by maintaining a professional tone and empathy in communication. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply). Excellent written English communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and email platforms. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in customer support (email/chat process) preferred but not mandatory.
