Job Description

Durasharp Tools P Ltd is a multi national company manufacturing industrial tools. We were previously known as Diamond Tools incorporated in 1996.

We need customer service executives to assist our existing customers by receiving calls, responding to emails and updating dispatch details. The customer care executive is also expected to address any queries in conjunction with the reporting manager.

We understand that any job requires some training and time for understanding the process and system and we have patience to train and assist the new comers.

This job does not entail cold calling but to follow up with customers regarding the quality and service of our supplies.

The candidate is expected to speak and correspond in English fluently as a majority of our business is exports. Additionally a working knowledge of Hindi and Telugu will be appreciated.

We expect the candidate to be a graduate and has a work experience of a minimum 3 years.

Telecallers who would like to shift to Customer Care Position are also welcome as there is no cold calling involved.

While we are not specific about the gender - we would like to invite ladies who have worked before and have taken a break of few years to devote and contribute to family and now wish to restart a career are welcome.

We are looking for a longterm career oriented individuals.

The compensation listed in this posting is not a limiting factor we are open to enhance the compensation based on skills and abilities.
