Job Summary HR Integral is looking for a Customer Executive who can confidently handle customer interactions, explain our HR services and internship programs, and convert enquiries into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and basic sales orientation. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Understand customer requirements and guide them on suitable programs/services Explain HR internship programs, diploma courses, and recruitment services Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email Maintain accurate customer data in Google Forms / CRM Resolve basic customer queries and escalate when required Achieve monthly closing targets assigned by the manager Maintain professional communication and service quality Coordinate with Sales, HR, and Operations teams Required Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer handling & relationship management Basic sales and negotiation skills Follow-up and conversion ability Time management and discipline Ability to work independently in a remote setup Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Forms, Email, WhatsApp)
