Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive at our company, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. We are looking to fill 60 positions with individuals who have at least a 12th Pass / Intermediate qualification in any stream. The minimum age requirement for this role is 18 years. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be required to work in rotational shifts on a 24/7 basis. The working hours for this position are 8 hours per day. The yearly CTC for this role is INR 124,656, which includes PF and ESIC benefits. Additionally, the monthly CTC is INR 10,388, also inclusive of PF and ESIC. Depending on your performance, you may be eligible for monthly incentives ranging from INR 1,500 to INR 4,500. This is a full-time position located in Ranchi, India.
