  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify and report common customer concerns and feedback to improve products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and system updates.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
