Customer Care Executive

As a Customer Care Executive at Anjela Mind Care Clinic, your role will involve managing client interactions, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in scheduling and inquiries related to mental health services. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients. - Assisting clients with appointment scheduling, service inquiries, and follow-ups. - Providing accurate information regarding mental health services and counseling programs. - Maintaining client records and ensuring confidentiality in compliance with clinic policies. - Addressing customer concerns and escalating issues to the appropriate department if needed. - Following up with clients for feedback and ensuring a smooth customer experience. - Supporting marketing and promotional campaigns by engaging with potential clients. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Business Communication, or a related field (preferred). - Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or healthcare-related client support is a plus. - Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (as required). - Strong empathy and listening skills to handle mental health-related inquiries. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and telecommunication tools. Preferred Skills: - Background in psychology or counseling services (advantageous but not mandatory). - Experience in handling customer support for healthcare or mental wellness services. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional attitude.
