Follow up with inquiries from potential clients and help guide them through the onboarding process. Schedule and manage client sessions efficiently and professionally. Conduct follow-up after counseling sessions to check progress and satisfaction. Attend and update records after client follow-ups and therapy sessions. Coordinate review sessions with existing clients and ensure timely progress reviews. Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless mental health care. Stay current with best practices, research, and updates in psychology and counseling. Requirements: Bachelor degree and Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Applied Psychology preferred). Licensed/Registered psychologist. Strong communication, empathy, and counseling skills. Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently. Prior counseling or client interaction experience is a plus.
