The Customer Care Executive must be able to manage a team of customer support professionals. The candidate should be comfortable with creating policies and procedures that improve a customers experience while looking for support. The ideal candidate will be able to view the issues from a customers perspective and offer the best solution. The candidate must display a wide range of interpersonal skills to be deemed fit for the job. A candidate with a proven record of offering successful customer service will be preferred. Preferred candidate profile Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and addressing their needs and concerns. Maintain customer records and update the relevant information in the CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer problems. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved. Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate. Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and concerns. Maintain high standards of professionalism, empathy, and patience in all customer interactions.
