Customer Care Associate

You will be working as a Customer Care Associate to support a blended process involving handling calls, emails, and chats. Your role will require excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and flexibility to work in UK & US shift timings. - Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats. - Provide accurate information about products and services. - Record and update customer details in the CRM system. - Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for quick resolution. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet service quality standards. To qualify for this role, you should: - Be a graduate/undergraduate with excellent English communication skills. - Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service (voice/email/chat) preferred. - Possess a good typing speed and knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools. - Demonstrate strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Be willing to work in UK & US shifts on a rotational basis.
