and Digital Channels. Founded in 1994, the company is now entering the next phase of growth by

pivoting to a digital-first approach and strengthening its direct-to-consumer franchise. The company

has now carved out a separate fintech vertical tasked with digital transformation using cutting-edge

technology and bringing in fresh talent. 

Join us if you like to:

• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve queries and

provide accurate information.

• Draft, review and enhance client communication using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, or

similar) to improve response quality and efficiency.

• Provide detailed information on financial products, particularly mutual funds and identify

opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.

• Understand the nature and urgency of client queries; prioritize tasks and ensure resolution

within the prescribed TAT.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback and resolutions in CRM systems.

• Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Product) to ensure a seamless

client experience.

• Demonstrate a proactive approach in resolving customer issues and improving overall service quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or client servicing in the financial

domain.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong understanding of financial products, especially mutual funds; NISM certification

preferred.

• Proficiency in using AI-based tools (e.g., Chat GPT) to enhance productivity and

communication quality.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
