We are hiring experienced and customer-focused professionals for our Vehicle Insurance – Incoming Call Process. The role involves handling inbound calls from Australian customers, assisting them with insurance-related queries, and ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls related to vehicle insurance queries and policy support.
Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers.
Update and maintain accurate customer information in internal systems.
Achieve daily/weekly performance goals related to quality and service levels.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an international voice-based customer support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Must have a laptop or desktop, headphones/headset, and a stable internet connection.
Flexibility to work rotational Australian shifts.
Willing to work 7 days a week with 1 weekly off.
