Job Summery:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process in the Healthcare Domain and you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from patients, providers, insurance companies, or healthcare partners in the U.S. market, resolving queries related to medical billing, insurance claims, appointments, benefits, and other healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  inbound and outbound calls

  related to healthcare services, insurance claims, eligibility, prior authorizations, and billing inquiries.
• Communicate professionally with

  patients, healthcare providers, and insurance agents

  in the U.S.

• Verify insurance coverage

  , update patient information, and document interactions accurately in the system.
• Assist with

  claim resolution

  , denial management, and appeals support.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department while maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs).
  
• Follow

  HIPAA compliance standards

  and company protocols for data privacy and security.
• Meet or exceed

  quality and productivity targets

  (AHT, FCR, CSAT).
• Adapt to process updates, system changes, and maintain a positive customer experience.

- Work Location : Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

- Shifts : Rotational Shift (5 days work/2days off)

- Salary - upto 7lpa
