Role Overview As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will be the face of our product to prospective and existing clients. This role combines technical product knowledge with customer interaction, requiring someone who can communicate effectively, present with impact, and drive product adoption. You will work closely with the technology team, contribute to product enhancements based on user feedback, and play a crucial role in customer decision-making. Key Responsibilities Deliver impactful product demonstrations that clearly communicate features, benefits, and value to potential and current customers. Lead pilot programmes with clients to showcase product capabilities and gather actionable feedback. Work closely with the technology team to provide insights from customer interactions, support application enhancements, and contribute to the development of new features. Create high-quality, engaging, customer-facing presentations and resources that highlight product strengths. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are fully convinced of the product’s value and motivated to adopt and invest in our solutions. Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries related to product functionality and best practices. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in the education sector, specifically in product management, product support, or a similar customer-facing role. Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a proven track record of engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders. In-depth understanding of academic nuances and the ability to effectively showcase their real-world applications. Strong analytical skills and a keen ability to gather user feedback, translating insights into actionable product enhancements.
