Customer Acquisition Manager

You will be joining a leading loan settlement and debt resolution company dedicated to helping individuals achieve financial freedom through the negotiation and settlement of their debts. Your primary focus will be on converting warm prospects into successful clients, utilizing the fresh, high-quality leads generated daily through our marketing efforts. As a Sales Manager (Telugu Speaking) based in Hyderabad, your role will involve contacting qualified leads, presenting our loan settlement services, establishing credibility and trust with clients, and ultimately closing deals over the phone. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with fresh, high-intent leads on a daily basis. - Understand each client's financial situation and propose suitable loan settlement solutions. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth onboarding. - Conduct negotiations and complete sales transactions over the phone. - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. - Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system. - Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements: - Fluency in Telugu is mandatory, proficiency in Hindi or English is an added advantage. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales, loan sales, insurance sales, or financial services sales. - Demonstrated skills in persuasion, negotiation, and closing deals. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Expected to achieve monthly sales targets ranging from INR 3.5 Lakhs to 4 Lakhs.
