About The Role

We are looking for a

Customer Acquisition Manager

to join our team at Niyo. They will be responsible for engaging, educating and onboarding walk-in leads at partner Visa Processing Centers (on-site) and other channels of our secondary product placement. This would be on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers at partner premises to promote and onboard foreign travelers for Niyo Global Cards.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits and features of Niyo Global Cards and other relevant services/cross sell to potential customers.
  • Participate actively in sales training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales process.
  • Explore other channels for our product placement to maintain good onboarding volume owned.

Required Skills And Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect effectively with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in financial product sales or customer service is an advantage.
