15 years full time educationSummary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the needs of the users. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team members while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional, JavaScript , PCF and Power Automate. - Should have worked on Dynamics CRM service module, JavaScript. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Strong understanding of application design principles, Model Driven app development , Plugins , OOB feature exposures , Entities - Basics , application development methodologies. and best practices in customization on ribbon and entities. - Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, to create custom Pages, - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM applications. - Familiarity with database management and data modeling techniques. - Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems to create and integrate pages with Power Automate. - Should have basics with some hands on experience in Canvas App , Custom Pages and Power Pages. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
